Becoming a basketball referee is an exciting way to be involved in basketball and experience the game in a different way.

Our junior referees learn on the job skills under the encouragement, guidance and supervision of our certified referees and referee educators.

Free Referee Courses 2023 

Community Course
29th August, 6pm - 7.30pm, Cost - FREE
Basic introductory course teaching preparation, basic rules, signals and referee mechanics. Minimum age 12 years.

Development Course

Increase skills in court control, rules and referee communication. Prerequisite of Community Course and minimum age 13 years.
