Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting

When: Tuesday 20 June commencing at 6:30pm

Where: River Room, The Westport Club 25 Buller Street, Port Macquarie

All members of Port Macquarie Basketball Association are invited to attend the meeting in person. Current registered players over 18 and Life Members have voting rights. Parents of junior players are encouraged to become volunteer members to enable the opportunity to vote.

Audited Financials

The Treasurer will provide the meeting with a report reviewing the financial results. 

Life Member Nominations:
Life member nominations have been received for the following candidates:

• Nick Prior
• Donene Tunbridge

PMBA Constitution allows for the appointment of two Life Members at the AGM, and must be passed by 75% of eligible voting members attending.

No items of General Business have been recieved. 

Appointment of Proxy:

Any member entitled to vote can appoint another member as proxy to attend in their place. The Proxy form must be submitted by 6:30pm Sunday 18 June to secretary@portmacquariebasketball.com.au 

Voting Rights

If you are a parent or non-player and would like to become a member, sign up here. The cost is $20/year and for members 18+ you will have voting privileges at the upcoming AGM.
